Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan requires no payment method. You only enter payment details when you choose to move to a paid plan.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
Prices are shown exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are added at the prevailing rate at checkout.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is charged for the remainder of the period. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep the higher limits until then.
What happens if I hit a plan limit?
Plans cap the number of stores, inventory items and staff per store. When you reach a limit you will need to upgrade before adding more, but nothing you have already entered is removed.
Is there a commission on my bookings?
No. RentJinie charges a subscription only. We take no commission on your bookings and no cut of the payments you collect from your customers.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the detail.
